About the Role ocation: Evergreen-Cambian Residential Home Type: 5-bed CSE Childrens Home (currently supporting 4 service users) Role Overview We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a residential care setting.Requirements Minimum 6 months care experience preferred Good communication and safeguarding awareness Ability to work flexible shifts Compliance Documents Required Valid Photo ID Proof of Right to Work Enhanced Child&Adult DBS (Update Service where applicable) Overseas Police Check (if applicable) Full employment/education history from age 11 with gaps explained Minimum 2 references covering previous 2 years Proof of address (within 3 months) 5-year address history CPD accredited training certificates Duties Support young people with daily activities and wellbeing Maintain a safe and positive environment Complete records and follow safeguarding procedures Work as part of a supportive care teamEnhanced DBS required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Required: 6-12 Months UK Care Experience DBS TPBN1_UKTJ
