Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Award winning Care Group have a Care home with Nursing based in Lincolnshire, £17.50 - £19ph (DOE) + Paid Breaks and Handover. Attega Group are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for one of our highly reputable clients Care and Nursing home based in Lincolnshire. Close to local Amenities and local transport with free parking on site. This Care and Nursing home is a warm and homely environment for all residents and staff. You will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) with and up to date NMC PIN. The nursing home accommodates general nursing and dementia and residential care for 47 elderly residents with a CQC rating of Good. The ideal nurse will be an advocate for delivering person centred care in partnership with residents and their families. They will ensure the choices and rights of the residents are always the focus and ensure that residents feel at home and respect they are working with the resident?s home environment.
