LOOK HERE FOR SOME AMAZING JOB OPPORTUNITIES! Job Description We are looking for New Home Sales Negotiators in the Leicestershire area for Temporary contracts. There are various dates available working all different days of the week, you will be required to go into developments sometimes at short notice to cover sickness and Holidays. Or you will be booked way in advance and cover for the developer. Standard working hours would be working from 10am ? 5pm or sometimes slightly different depending on the requirement. You will be employed by U&P where you?ll be paid a competitive hourly rate + holiday contributions, we also have enhanced rates for bank holidays and emergency bookings! Requirements Deliver a high standard of customer service. Showing potential buyers properties and upselling on upgrades and extra. You will need to be able undertake sale reservations Follow up on potential leads and be confident on the phone. Previous New Homes Sales experience is essential for the role.
