Based in Lincoln, this team of developers has engineered a platform that prevents unauthorised UAV/Drone usage in places like military bases, airports, and even your local football stadium. Sure, it sounds simple enough, but the problems you?ll solve here will not only be super interesting, they?ll give you the opportunity to truly think outside of the box and come up with solutions that could actually make a difference. There?s no ridiculously long list of requirements for this, either. In a nutshell, you?ll need to have the following skills: * C++ is their language of choice, so you?ll need to understand how it all works under the hood. if your background is in Java or Python, they?re fine with that as long as you?re prepared to learn and pick things up relatively quickly (let?s be honest, if you learned one, you can probably learn the other right?) * Any understanding of tools like TensorFlow would be really great to see, but if you?ve not worked with it before that?s fine. You?ll need to know your way around data heavy applications and development structures though - they loooooove data * Most importantly, you?ll be interested in this stuff.
