• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within HMP Lincoln, ensuring best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained.
• Administer medications in line with prescriptions and monitor their effects, adapting care as required.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centred care.
• Carry out clinical assessments, health checks, and ongoing monitoring of patients'conditions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in line with professional standards and policies.
