Head Dental Receptionist, Multi-Site Leadership Role

Locations: Belfast. BT7/BT5/BT28
Full Time: Up to 40 hours (Mon-Sat)
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Driving Licence Preferred (travel Between Sites Required)

This is a leadership position where you’ll lead and inspire front-of-house teams across three busy, high-performing Belfast practices located in and around the BT7, BT5 and BT28 areas. You’ll oversee front-of-house operations across all three Belfast sites, ensuring:

• Smooth, efficient and professional reception performance
• Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
• Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
• Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
• Effective rota management and team supervision
• Training, mentoring and developing reception teams

You will also play a key role in promoting:

• Treatment plans
• Private upgrades
• Whitening and cosmetic options
• Finance options where appropriate

Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.

We want someone ambitious, organised and ready to lead.

Essential:

• Dental reception, TCO or dental practice administration experience
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
• Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
• Excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
