Regional ICT Business Partner, Essex

An exciting new opportunity has become available at a leading highways service provider for a Regional ICT Business Partner to work across the Essex region. We're looking for candidates with significant experience in IT account management overseeing various IT projects with an emphasis on performance improvement for clients. You will need to have broad IT experience and excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening). The successful candidate will have: Ability to prioritise own work to support business priorities. Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally. A level, HNC educated, or equivalent experience including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. Degree or demonstrable experience in ICT or business solutions. Experienced in presenting to all levels. Understanding of project management. Proven excellent communication skills. Knowledge of ICT industry developments. Required to be mobile and therefore a full, clean driving licenceYou would be responsible for: Act as the key liaison across all ICT functional areas. Analyse business requirements for solution development in accordance with ICT Strategy. Liaise with client ICT to monitor ICT support performance, manage SLAs, project delivery and develop Service Improvement Plans. Liaise with the ICT Department to enhance and continually improve the service. To work with the ICT Operations and ICT Business Systems teams to assist in the development of overall ICT strategies. Prepare appropriate reports for senior managers and clients. Manage, track and progress escalations through to resolution.
