Lead Developer - .Net Core (Home Based), Salisbury

Job Title: Lead Developer, .Net Core Location: Home Based - (Office Salisbury twice per month) Salary: 60,000 to £65,000 Benefits: Pension, Gym, Healthcare This is a great opportunity to be one of two lead developers managing small, fluid teams ranging between two and four people covering both the front and back end development of a variety of industry leading software products and services. The role will be 100% home based until next year when it will change to working one or two days in the office per month. We are ideally looking for someone from a mainly back-end development background but with good knowledge of front-end development as you will be managing both within your team. We are looking for someone that is easy going and not pushy with great stakeholder and management skills. The Role You will work on enhancing and supporting both the business and technical teams in the delivery of new products, web sites and portals for their customers including a highly innovative decision engine and automation project. This is a hands-on development role as well as leading a team so you will be involved in leading and taking part in multiple development projects within their Agile development environment.
