Rusthall Lodge Days/nights bank shifts available.  £9.01 - £12.92ph + excellent benefits Waking Nights - 20:00pm - 08:00am About the role Our Health Care Assistants are active members of our compassionate care-giving team. They are a vital link between our Residents, the RGNs and other staff within the Home. HCAs will interact directly with our residents, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with their daily living needs.  Who we're looking for You will be compassionate, enthusiastic and motivated to work closely with our residents and support team in a collaborative and focused environment. You will demonstrate a genuine passion for engaging with service-users, staff and visitors on a personal level. Successful completion of the Care Certificate (or equivalent) and QCF is desired, and a flexible approach to both your duties and your working hours is essential. What's in it for you?
