Registered Manager - Children's Residential £35,000 -£40,000 + bonus Staffordshire Compass Associates are proud to be working with a large and national specialist provider of Residential Care and Specialist Education, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Manager to operate and oversee a 5 bedded home for children and young people with learning disabilities in the Stafford area. Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct leadership, direction and management support in all aspects of the home. You will be required to focus on the quality, standards, growth and performance of your home. As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the home is a safe and comfortable environment for each child to develop and reach their full potential. Summary My client is seeking a proven Manager who understands what 'Good' and 'Outstanding' care looks like. A strong track record in achieving Ofsted results is desired. Someone who has a commercial understanding of children's residential but also adopts a 'hands on' approach, with a real genuine passion for 'positive outcomes'. In exchange my client is offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 p/a + bonus opportunities.
