Skilled Careers are looking for a Multi skilled Carpenter/Joiner on a temporary basis You will be working in social housing from reactive repairs. The successful carpenter will be working around Harrow so for the right individual it will be good hours and not much travelling. Requirements Working as a contractor for the council ensuring all works are completed to a good standard and maintaining a professional attitude to the job. Day to Days will be Monday to Friday completing the below roles. Maintenance on Doors/ Architraves Closers Hinges Letterboxes Locks Window Frames Skirting Kitchens Bathrooms Tiling Painting Maintenance Plumbing Patch Work Plastering Essentials Experienced Multiskilled - NVQ or C&G in Carpentry/Joinery desirable Social Housing experience Clean Driving Licence Own Transport
