Drawing on previous experience in Management and Litigation the successful candidate will have a varied caseload whilst overseeing a busy team. You will be responsible for the Litigation Function to ensure that the department fulfils the operational objectives in line with SRA regulations, along with overseeing the day to day operations, team development and targets. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Solicitor working as a Head of Litigation and will have a detailed knowledge of the SRA regulations.
