Service Coordinator Industrial Doors £20,000 - £25,000 Annual Basic Salary Industrial Doors Engineer (Technical Sales Surveyor) Basic & Bonus related to sales Van, phone, laptop Industrial Doors experience required for this role A reputable, national firm supplying Industrial doors are now looking to expand on their team and bring in someone with expertise already in this market to win new Industrial Doors business & develop excellent relationships with current customers. We manufacture, install and maintain our doors offering a fantastic service throughout the UK. Roles & Responsibilities Organising a team of 5-10 Engineers on a daily basis Looking after daily, weekly and monthly schedules Prioritising workload for Engineers Communicating with Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing departments daily Working closely with Industrial Firms and educating them on the products & services Creating booking sheets and following up with quotes on behalf of the engineers? visits Using Outlook and the internal CRM for efficient time management Calculating journey times in order to give the Engineers the most productive days Working as a team with all of your colleagues to ensure client needs are met Delivering a monthly P&L to the Sales Director Dealing with Technical Enquiries Key requirements for role Experience within a Service Coordinator role looking after and organizing mobile engineers Ability to grow relationship with clients ensuring they become the immediate go to for reactive emergency call out, repairs, service for any Industrial door requirement Knowledge of Industrial Door market or related product market Understanding of how to deliver P&L reports Please contact me if you have the above experience / require more information on (phone number removed).
