Grounds Maintenance, Merseyside

We are actively recruiting 4 x Grounds Maintenance Operatives - St Helens/Warrington/Liverpool To work as part of a team in delivering a wide range of high quality landscape maintenance and improvement works that will result in a consistently high-quality environment. Improving our green spaces to make a positive difference to the estates our tenants and residents live on. Must be able to drive areas to cover are St Helens/Warrington/Liverpool, will be provided with a van NVQ Level 2 in Amenity Horticulture or equivalent Experience of landscape maintenance and experience of working in public areas Experience of operating horticultural machinery such as hedge-cutters, strimmers, ride on and/or pedestrian mowers along with a strong understanding of how to operate machinery safely A good understanding of Health and Safety, experience of following Risk Assessments and being vigilant to potential hazards whilst conducting works on site, in order to keep the site safe for staff and public An understanding of general horticultural principles Ability to work proactively and co-cooperatively as part of a team committed to the delivery of high standards of work Excellent time keeping abilityThis is a temporary to permanent vacancy
