Senior Product Manager ? Software Applications ? Agile / SCRUM Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading multinational software house in Berkshire to recruit a Senior Product Manager to join their large Product team. You will create the Product Vision and Roadmap for your product area and ensure it is successfully delivered through the full product lifecycle. They are at the early stages of adopting Agile process so experience of the Agile transformation and leading, guiding and mentoring Product teams through this process would be beneficial. You will lead the discovery process to elicit high level customer and stakeholder requirements through a process of workshops and interviews and translate them into features in the product roadmap. You will communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders and the product team to ensure the vision and roadmap is understood and delivered in line with customer and business goals. This will be a great role for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is looking to join a large product team but where there is still much to do and many challenges to face particularly with regards to the adoption of Agile processes across the business. To be considered you need to have a proven track record working as a Product Manager defining and delivering the Product Vision and Roadmap for software products. You will need significant experience working an Agile software environment and ideally have been part of an Agile transformation previously and understand the pain points and pit-falls to avoid from a Product perspective..
