Behaviour Support Assistant Liverpool Are you a Behaviour Support Assistant looking to work in an SEND school in Liverpool from September 2020? Because of the current situation regarding the Coronavirus, some UK schools may experience an unprecedented challenge with their methods of recruitment this summer, and we are in talks with Headteachers of SEND schools across Merseyside, supporting them for any additional challenges they may face when schools do return later this academic year. Requirements To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant position, you will: - Have a strong and resilient character - Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or a Teacher. - Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment. - Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff. - Ideally, have experience working with SEND children. - Be comfortable with some personal care. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
