Requirements To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant position, you will: - Have a strong and resilient character - Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or a Teacher. - Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment. - Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff. - Ideally, have experience working with SEND children. - Be comfortable with some personal care.
