Sous Chef Newly opened Hotel offering breakfast Lunch and Dinner for up to 110 covers on a busy night offering a field to fork menu cooked to a 2-3 rosette standard This restaurant is part of a rapidly growing Company run by experienced Directors and offers excellent prospects to run your own kitchen The Successful Candidate You will be a great Sous Chef ? working within a team of 10 alongside a super Head Chef, you will have input into menus, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, including wild and foraged meat, fish, fruit and vegetables.
