3rd Line Engineer, Liverpool

3rd Line / End Point Engineer | Permanent | £35,000 | Liverpool Your new role As a 3rd line Engineer you will provide a large user base support across multiple sites and domains. You will manage Group Policy and End User computing on Active Directory, maintain SCCM, Anti-Virus tools and the overall Group Infrastructure. Assisting in the design, planning and implementation of IT Infrastructure across the sites, you will work in an organised, driven and ITIL-orientated manner. You will manage End User hardware maintaining the asset register and hardware Road Map, as well as reviewing and executing updates. Additionally, you will work alongside other departments such as the Applications Team to ensure software, hardware and licensing updates are proactively up to date. What you need to succeed Provided 3rd line support across a multi-domain/ multi-site organisation Must have experience supporting a large scale user base (10,000+ users) Scripting skills (Powershell or Vbscript) Administration & configuration of SCCM Designed/ implemented/ managed Active Directory policies Worked in an O365 environment (SharePoint/ OneDrive) Worked in an SLA driven ITIL-orientated environment Understanding of McAfee EPO Policies and Microsoft application packaging What you'll get in return Salary circa £35,000, pension contribution, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible working and the ability to work from home, access to additional desirable benefits through the flexible benefits scheme and employee discount scheme.
