Family Paralegal | Liverpool | Home Working My client a leading law based in Liverpool are currently recruiting for a Family Paralegal on a permanent basis. The Role: This is a permanent, full time opportunity. You will provide advice and work with clients dealing with a range of matters including divorce and separation, children and financial settlements, domestic violence and pre & post nuptial agreements. Daily duties: Preparing bundles of documents for hearings Working on the Legal Aid Agency System CCMS Drafting letters and emails Taking all new client enquiries, briefly assessing circumstances, and arranging appointments Drafting court applications (including divorce petitions, statements, child arrangements, non-molestation, injunctions etc.) Inputting of information on the CCMS system Requirements: The ideal Family Paralegal must have worked within a Family role ideally with at least 6 months experience in either Private or Legal Aided Family law as well as be able to handle a case load or be confident to take one on. A law Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
