What you need to offer: You'll need to be a natural listener and communicator and a dedicated healthcare provider - as such, you'll be the ideal nursing staffing solution. Using your empathetic skills and experience as a Registered Care Manager, you'll be the primary source of information and advice for patients and their families. You'll need up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a registered nurse. You'll also have a minimum of six months' experience in a similar agency or RMN role, along with NMC registration.
