We?re looking for passionate people to join our restaurant team in Padstow. As Waiter / Waitress you'll join our large team at The Seafood Restaurant and you'll play an important role in helping to look after our customers. Our front of house team ensure that our customers have the best service throughout their visit and you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are correct and any customer questions are answered. We have full time and part time opportunities available and the rate of pay is £8.72 per hour (£8.20 if you are under 25) plus service charge. WHAT YOU?LL BE GETTING UP TO - All the usual things like taking orders and serving food and drink - Interacting with guests and demonstrating excellent customer care - Ensuring high standards are maintained and our restaurant looks its best at all times - Recommending menu options and wine pairings to our guests - Working the still area, making hot beverages and preparing cutlery and side plates for service KEY SKILLS - Working well as part of a team - Communicating effectively with colleagues - Demonstrating strong company and menu knowledge ABOUT US The Seafood Restaurant was the first restaurant opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975.
