Site Manager, Yeovil

I am currently looking to speak to highly experienced Senior Site Managers with a background in volume housebuilding. Working for a top tier developer running a circa 100 unit traditional build site, you will have a close working relationship with the HA client and will have demonstrated experience of working with HA's previously. The open market element of this site will be high spec, your attention to detail and quality will be imperative. You will ensure a high standard of Health & Safety is met at all times. You will need to be accustomed to working to a rapid and demanding build programme. With the support of an assistant sm and visiting cm you will be responsible for ensuring you hit; build programme, quality and H&S targets, whilst keeping the HA happy!     Permanent position, to start immediately paying up to mid £50's and excellent company benefits offered.
