This sector has seen phenomenal growth in recent years and has become a popular and established construction method. As a result, our client is extremely busy, with an exciting portfolio including bespoke houses, through to apartment blocks across the UK. With ambitions for further expansion, they are now looking for a high calibre Estimator to join their team in Liverpool. Their ideal candidate will have the following experience: * A mixed project background including some residential. * New build / timber frame project experience. * Related civils experience. * Due to the high volume of jobs coming in the candidate will need the ability to turn around pricing quickly and build up a system that allows for that dexterity. (Much of the construction process is manufacturing, so costs are already known) * The ability to think innovatively and come up with new ideas and ways of doing things. * Relevant 3rd level qualification - preferred.
