Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Liverpool

Our Liverpool based client are actively seeking an experienced negotiator with a proven record in Sales and Lettings to join their successful city centre office. Details of the position are as follows: The Role: Organising and conducting property viewings Negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants Ensuring all properties are fully compliant and meet all legislative requirements prior to letting. Conducting property inspections and recommending works to landlords for improvement of properties. Carrying out tenant referencing and pre-tenancy checks including right to rent. Visiting properties to photograph and produce marketing material. Maintaining client relationships and promoting excellent customer service at all times. Generating new business and increasing portfolio stock levels. The Person: Must be experienced working previously as a sales & lettings negotiator Good Organisational skills Punctual and presentable Good customer service skills UK Driving license Good Knowledge of the local market Comfortable dealing with clients face to face and over the phone The Package: Competitive Salary & a generous OTE bonus Generous Pension & Childcare vouchers Access to the office pool car (when applicable) Friendly & warm working environment Excellent benefit structure Potential career progression Full time/Permanent work Immediate starts (where applicable).
