Children's Deputy Manager, Liverpool

On behalf of my client we are recruiting for a Children's Deputy Manager. This is a 4 bedded home for young people with EBD within the Liverpool area. This role is ideal for a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step up in to a Registered Managers role, you will have full support from the Responsible Individual to get through the registration. You will have to have 2 years experience working within a residential setting with children with EBD. This organisation ensures children between the ages of 11-16 with and Emotional and Behavioural difficulties receive the highest level of therapeutic care and educational support, whilst maintaining an ethos that is attachment-based, humanistic and integrative. The understanding of the impact of early childhood trauma is delivered by an experienced team in all of their homes. You will be required to ensure that the Home's policies and procedures are adhered to and that resources are managed effectively. To be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints. To liaise with Local Authorities, School, Health and other professionals to achieve best outcomes for young people.
