What you will do:

• Caseload Management:Manage a complex OT caseload on Elderly Care wards
• Discharge Planning:Drive patient flow and support effective discharge processes
• Mentorship:Support and guide junior Occupational Therapy staff
• Team Collaboration:Contribute to a collaborative environment to improve service delivery

To excel in this role,you will need to hold HCPC registrationand, if applicable,possess a valid driving licenceto facilitate patient visits and participate actively in community support.
