You will be working in a fast-paced acute environment, supporting patients through rehabilitation, discharge planning, and recovery, particularly within the winter pressures ward. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your acute experience within a supportive and dynamic NHS setting.

What You Will Do

• Provide physiotherapy cover to thewinter pressure ward (Ward 3 - 12 beds).
• Deliver rehabilitation programmes and support patients with goal setting to aid their recovery.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate equipment to meet patient needs.
• Carry out discharge planning, includinghome visits and discharge to assess visitswhere required.
• Attend board rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and care planning.
