• Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
• Help create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
• Support students with a range of needs and abilities

• Has experience working with young people (school-based or transferable experience)
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive
• Has strong communication and behaviour support skills
