Our client is a fast growing Quantity Surveying business with a strong presence across Liverpool and the north west. They specialise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) quantity surveying, providing a range of services related to cost estimation, cost management, and procurement of MEP systems for construction projects

They have an opportunity within their Liverpool office for a senior QS, to deliver a number of commercial projects which they are currently working on across the north west. They are looking for an experienced QS who is looking for the next step within their career. As well as overseeing a small team of more junior staff, you will be actively involved within:

Variation Management

Measurement (Bill of Quantities)

Cost Planning

Extensions of Time (Delay Analysis)

Procurement & Estimation

Expert Consulting

The role is an exciting opportunity for a QS who is looking for career progression opportunities within a growing business.

You should come from an M and E background and have a strong track record delivering commercial projects.

Our client is offering a superb salary £65,000 – £75,000 DOE
