Medical Negligence Paralegal or NQ Solicitor, Liverpool

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Merseyside to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and client‑focused environment.

Location: Merseyside

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Pattern: Hybrid working available

• Attend upon clients and third parties both in person and via telephone to take instructions and provide updates.
• Take initial enquiries from prospective clients and prepare summary sheets and initial documentation.
• Complete matter and client risk assessments, including undertaking due diligence and conflict checks throughout the lifecycle of the matter.
• Maintain detailed file notes, attendance notes, and telephone notes for all communications with clients and third parties.

• Previous experience within Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, or Litigation is desirable.
• Suitable for an experienced Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.
