Wholesale is a key growth channel, with increasing demand from retail partners and a clear focus on building long term relationships. The team is evolving to support this growth, creating an opportunity for someone to come in, support key accounts, and develop into a more commercially focused role over time.

As the Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Support the management of wholesale accounts from order placement through to delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, building strong working relationships
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Monitor stock levels and support allocation across wholesale partners
  • Maintain accurate records across orders, customers, and pricing
  • Support sales reporting, performance tracking, and account analysis
  • Deliver a high level of service to B2B customers
  • Gradually take on more ownership of accounts as experience develops
As the Key Account Executive, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in wholesale, account management, sales support, or customer service within fashion or a similar industry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with external partners
  • Good Excel skills and familiarity with order management systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and commercially curious and keen to develop into a more account focused role
