Maintenance Supervisor (Single Man Site) - Facilities Maintenance - Euston Are you seeking a fresh challenge? My client is an award winning building maintenance service provider with a successful portfolio contracts across London. They are seeking an Electrical bias Maintenance Supervisor to join a stand out property based in Euston, working directly with an international corporation. The successful candidate will be charged with covering both PPM and reactive duties across the landlord only areas of the small but impressive building. The client has a large CAPEX budget, which will generate opportunities for projects and overtime. Job Specification: * Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: lighting, generators, AHU's, FCUs, BMS alarms, pumps, sprinkler system, pressure units, water treatment, log books to name a few. * Ensure strong communication clients * Manage workload accordingly * Organise sub contract labour. * Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures Salary & Package: * £40,000.00 Per Annum * Weekly Pattern: 8 till 5 * Overtime Available - Rates: x1.5 & x2.0 * Mobile Phone, Training and Career Progression into Senior Roles * 25 Days Annual Leave * Opportunity to work in an award winning building services company, that is happy to support ambitious engineers with training and development programs.
