Software Engineering Consultant ? (.NET/Azure) ? Central London (currently remote) - £45,000 - £50,000 ? Greenfield Projects, Forward Thinking Technology, Remote Working? Gilbert Meher is currently resourcing for a candidate to join their market-leading client who are looking to add to their Software Development resource due to the demands of their current projects. The client are a software consultancy who are agnostic in terms of their technology stack, designing each solution based on the specifics of the problem they are looking to solve. The current project requirement is rooted in Microsoft stack so a skill set in .NET and Azure cloud is preferred but not necessarily required. Currently working fully remotely for the foreseeable and with a shift towards a few days in the office a week as and when circumstances dictate it is safe to do so, most likely in the first half of 2021. The ideal candidate will have high level of problem solving ability and the lateral thinking required to quickly understand and apply new technologies, because of this a background in computer science is advantageous. Moving forwards, the scope of the work will include the opportunity to liaise directly with clients and work a project end-to-end with a true level of ownership as a consultant.
