Lettings Negotiator - Stoke Newington £14,000 + Commission Our client is a vibrant forward-thinking independent estate agency that has been successfully serving clients in North London for over 25 years. You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home. Duties including: * Responding to leads * Taking on new instructions * Valuing property for landlords * Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant * Compiling property descriptions to load to our website. * Showing property with potential tenants * Answering general queries from landlords and tenants * Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork. * Moving In process for tenants * Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. * Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels. Requirements: * Full clean manual driving licence. * Good spoken and written English * Flexibility. * Good computer and keyboard skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service.
