Machine Operatives, South Molton

We are working exclusively with our client in South Molton who are seeking 'hands-on' Machine Operatives to join their team. The successful candidates will play an integral role in terms of supporting the Production Department, providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the process. Qualities and Experience - A 'Hands-on' individual, with a positive 'can-do' approach to ensuring process standards are achieved and maintained. The role requires the individual to be capable of problem solving and fault finding. Ensuring all activities within area of responsibility are completed in full compliance with all statutory regulations and site HS&E standards, policies and procedures. Process/Production background with relevant experience. Approachable, knowledgeable and patient. Good organisational skills. Good written and verbal communication.
