This is an exciting role that requires a leader with ambition, creativity and proven experience leading a Team in Children's Services. You will manage a team in a sector leading co-designed 16+ Service - working with children, young people, staff and stakeholders. There has been significant investment in this service with DFE innovation funding, work with Catch22, a developing Corporate Parenting agenda across the Council and the recent appointment of new integrated specialist posts, additional Personal Advisers and Social Workers. Registration with Social Work England and experience as a Team Manager in 16+ service / leaving care is a requirement of this role.
