Building Surveyor London/ South of London £30,000 - £50,000 DOE Plus Benefits Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work with a small to medium sized company of Chartered Surveyors. The company provides residential surveying services: building surveys, party wall, valuations, dilapidations, project management. Most jobs are located across London and the team come from diverse backgrounds. They currently require a Building surveyor, preferably chartered, RICS or AssocRICS, capable of surveys and ideally valuation or project management but not compulsory. The candidate must be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties and should ideally have some years? experience in doing so.
