Summary of Chartered Building Surveyor role: -          Minimum 4 years? experience required. -          The surveyor must have Level 3 RICS Building Surveying and Party Wall experience. -          The successful applicant of this Building Surveyor role will be someone who wants to be a residential surveyor and is happy to do surveys and Party Wall work.
