Hours: 07:30 ? 16:30pm Salary: Dependent on experience and company banding Benefits: Company Car, Competitive salary, 3.5% Pension, Life Assurance, 23 days holiday (excl. bank holidays) M.V. Kelly are looking for x3 Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Advisors to join a strong team. You will work on a variety of housing groundworks projects covering your own region of between 20 ? 30 sites. You must have the flexibility to travel between site locations. Your role will be split between office and site locations and it will be your responsibility to ensure standards and procedures are being maintained and liaise with clients and internal staff. M.V. Responsibilities will include; * Promote a positive H&S Culture within the Company * Assist with policy formation when required * Produce RAMS * Planned site visits and audits including reporting and follow up actions * Identify training needs and deliver on site training including toolbox talks * Investigate accidents and incidents * Ensure company compliance with CDM regulations and other relevant statutes Person Requirements; * Degree in Health and Safety and/ or have the necessary health and safety qualifications, IOSH/ NEBOSH or other relevant qualifications * Worked as a Health and Safety manager/ advisor on civils projects and/ or have a civils background * Ability to work independently as well as contributing to team and companywide strategy * Efficient audit monitoring skills and excellent written and verbal communication * Very IT literate * Promote a positive working together culture The standard of work, salary and benefits offered at M.V.
