Home-Based Digital Learning Expert, LMS/LCMS, Learning Management Systems, £60,000 Basic Salary, Two-year Contract to Perm. Working with some of the World's largest clients, this is a superb strategic and project leadership opportunity to work with a great team of highly motivated L&D professionals in an agile and fast-growing company. Established for nearly twenty years, the company is a recognised leader in the field of team effectiveness and leadership development. With clients including tens of the global 'blue-chip' enterprises, your objective in this strategic and project management role is to transform much of their physical training and 'live-virtual' programmes into a bespoke Learning Management System for each client. Initially, this is a two-year contract, but, in every likelihood, it will turn permanent. As a person, you will be a highly motivated individual who can take the lead on the strategy, delivery and client integration of an evolving range of digital learning solutions. You will work autonomously, calling on your experience to build and curate the libraries of digital learning content. You will be commercially aware, willing to challenge and happy to work independently in an environment where you will be set parameters and then entrusted to do a fantastic job. So, what's required? * We are looking for an experienced digital learning professional to join the senior partnership team in a role for a 'do-er' with a strategic lens. * It requires a rare individual that has a combination of flair and attention to detail. It needs a proficient strategist that is a brilliant project manager with deep technical expertise that can work with developers to generate world-class content. * It also needs someone with a commercial edge that can work closely with client stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver the transformative learning programmes that they need to achieve their strategies. * You will have expert knowledge of the technology available to enrich and enable distance and digital learning, have experience of leading on the delivery of digital solutions and understand the needs of the L&D professionals in larger, often multinational, organisations. * Please note that all of the clients are from the commercial sector and applications from purely academic/public sector backgrounds will not be considered.
