Maintenance Officer, London

Capital Talent Box are the onsite agency of choice at West London College. Launched in summer 2020 to serve the college's recruitment needs, its key aim is to provide quality agency associates to be part of the college's continuing success. We are currently looking for a Mantenance Officer to assist with general maintenance of the college, classroom set ups and site checks. The ideal candidate will have experience in working at a college or similar setting. The role will involve driving between campuses. The Person The successful candidates will have experience of working in a similar role. The Maintenance Officers will work alongside a wide range of people, at all levels, and will therefore possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. You will have: Experience of working in a team and within an estates/facilities department Awareness of Building, Fire Safety, Disability, Asbestos and H&S legislation A Full UK driving licence (essential) Experience of working to deadlines, managing and prioritising time effectively to ensure an excellent service is delivered Ability to respond to emergency situations and incidentsBe a part of the future at West London College!
