Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading London law for a Solicitor to join the Action Against Public Authorities division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and forward thinking team, with career progression available. ROLE:Action Against Public Authorities Solicitor LOCATION:Central London SALARY:£35,000 to £45,000 The Role *To manage and progress a full caseload of claims against public bodies from inception through to completion *To settle claims of civil complaints against the Police, Prison system, local authorities, the home office, immigration detention and education bodies *To assist more junior members of staff when required to do so The Person *A qualified Solicitor with around 2 to 5 years' PQE *A strong background in dealing with claims against different authoritative bodies *A solid legislative understanding is essential *Good time management and a team player If this is a position of interest, please feel free to give me a call on (phone number removed), or email (url removed)
