Estimator, Uxbridge

Position: Estimator, West London Salary: £50,500 - 57,500 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health Region: Uxbridge, West London Industry: Construction My client is seeking an Estimator. The organisation is a main building contractor with a growing presence in London & the South East. The company carry out work across all sectors; however their reputation is strong in the sectors of Retail, Mixed-use and Commercial. Duties for the role: Production of accurate prime costs for the projects Co-ordinate the tender process Develop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc Identify areas of risk and opportunity Develop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Develop knowledge of market place and competitorsCandidate Profile: Build background, ideally with commercial experience Use of Conquest/ Causeway estimating software would be beneficial Previous experience in a similar role Able to maintain a high level of work quality against cost restraints Proven track record on all forms of procurement Experience on JCT D&B forms of contractIf this sounds like you and you'd like to find out more or be considered for this role then please contact Sam Bell at PSR Solutions on (phone number removed) or email.
