Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | City of London | Up to £38,000 Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer? Do you have experience carrying out maintenance duties across commercial properties? An FM provider have recently won a brand new contract in the City of London across a multi tenanted commercial offices premises. They are now seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work in a small team across all landlord areas of the building. Duties will include: Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units - belt changes, filter changes, coil cleans, Chiller checks, Boiler resets, Boilers - fault finding, repairs, Bearings, Pulleys, Pumps, Motors, Water treatment - flushing, temperatures, L8 / Legionella, Generators, Heat Exchangers, Water Tanks, Hot / Cold Water Systems, AC Units, Fire Alarm Tests, Sprinkler Tests, Pipework, Basic electrics ie lighting / emergency lighting and general fabric duties when required.
