Quantity Surveyor - Hounslow - residential

My client a medium sized residential developer is looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team to work on new build residential projects up to £50m. The project will be varied across both RC Frame and traditional build sites and no project will ever be the same. The initial site you be a No 1 Quantity Surveyor leading a 40-unit apartment block in a RC Frame in the Wembley area. The project is at the early stages at present so you will be working on the project from the Pre-con stages right through to final accounts. The ideal candidate will be: * Degree qualified * Be a proven job runner * A strong established Quantity Surveyor * Prior experience in residential new build * Have worked with either a developer or main contractor previously, ideally for a competitor * Be confident and a team player as you will be working as part of a small team
