Business Development Executive - Apprenticeships Levy Southeast London Salary: £20,000 + excellent commission uncapped INTRO JFC Training College is a leading Training Provider who specialise in providing Employer solutions through various programmes including Apprenticeships. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with Levy organisations. Creating sustainable partnerships that contribute to the organisations growth strategy. This is a direct selling role with no line management. The purpose for this role is all about new business and effectively growing new Levy clients. KEY DUTIES * Develop new business opportunities with Levy employers * Maintain a robust pipeline to continuously achieve business growth * Actively contribute to business planning and performance monitoring to support delivery through effective account managing * Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales strategy * Analysis, circulation and action planning of regular MI to drive activity and performance * Develop expertise in key employers, sectors and opportunities using these to drive innovation and growth * Identification of key employers, or employer groups, and lead on ensuring targeting of employers in partnership with marketing * Work alongside Marketing to develop the relevant materials to support engagement * Keep up to date and report on Labour Market trends and requirements, Government, LEP and sector developments and priorities * Provide timely updates and reports as required on activity ? employer engagement, Learner starts, Interviews & forecasting * Undertake necessary training to professionally develop and keep abreast with current practices and legislation within the sector, particularly those which may impact on compliance. * Demonstration up to date understanding of all contracts, content and eligibility * Working to KPI?s and targets to achieve overall Apprenticeship starts * Promoting Apprenticeship training through social media / LinkedIn / cold calling / prospecting * Creating attractive Apprenticeship / existing staff training proposals for potential new employers * Providing full IAG to employers around Apprenticeships / existing staff training options * Completing Learner enrolment paperwork accurately and collecting the necessary ID, proof for right to work & employer health & safety information * Identifying and attending networking events * Maintaining CRM * Ensuring Operations team are fully supported and are aware of potential starts / organisations that may be in the pipeline * Supporting other departments within the business as and when required in order to achieve Learner starts are achieved & high quality provision is delivered CANDIDATE PROFILE Come from an apprenticeships/skills background At least 2 years? experience in engaging with Levy organisations Proven track record in lead generation and sales closing Used to working towards and hitting team and individual targets Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external) Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation Knowledge of local labour markets and population/demographics Knowledge of the FE sector, Apprenticeship standards and funded programmes Confident in presenting to employers of all size
