Service Manager, City of London

Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next opportunity? Badenoch + Clark Care & Support team have been engaged to find a driven and committed Manager to join a reputable Supported Living provider based in South London for a 3-month fixed term contract. This role will consist of supporting Support Workers to lead a client centred approach to customers with mental health needs and learning difficulties. Across multiple services, you and your team will commit to assisting clients to enhance and fulfil independent lives. Key duties for the role will include: * Managing staff and producing performance plans and targets for the support workers * Leading on the safeguarding and quality assurance of team and clients * Promoting best practice across the services and organisation through external projects and forums * Effectively managing budgets and resources ensuring value for money and safer practices About you: * Knowledge and working experience working to support clients with learning difficulties and mental health challenges * Awareness of policies, procedures and guidelines * Previous management experience * Experienced managing budget * Thorough understanding of the challenges that are faced by the client group * Confident in building and developing internal and external networks Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: South London Salary: £32,000 £35,000 Application Deadline: Friday 18th September 2020 Please apply with your most recent CV highlighting your experience for immediate consideration.
