Senior Estimator, Romford

Due to continued growth they are looking for a senior estimator to join the team. In this role you will be the point of contact between your company, and the client throughout the tendering process. You will estimate projects using all internal and external resources to ensure maximum profitability on all tenders. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to ensure all tenders are completed to an excellent quality. This is an extremely varied role; therefore, you must have brilliant time management and the ability to multi-task The Role * Senior Estimator * Estimating medium to large Projects * Build great internal and external relationships * Ensure maximum profit on all jobs * £75'000-£80'000 Circa + Car, Bonus, Autonomy, Development and Excellent Benefits The Person * Proven estimator within the construction industry * Has worked on large projects of £25million+ * Wants to add value by mentoring junior colleagues * Can build great internal and external relationships * Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
