I have a post come up for a Multi Trade Worker to join a Housing maintenance team. The role is full time working typically Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm covering North and East London area for the Kitchen And Bathrooms Repairs Team. The Post. We are looking for someone to carry out a full range of Repairs, Maintenance and Planned Improvement duties for the Kitchen And Bathrooms team. As such you will need advanced Plumbing and Joinery skills to apply. You will need to have your own DBS in order to apply for this post. Main duties: Undertake carpentry, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom renewals, tiling and any other duties as directed. Complete works in accordance with the companies specifications and in compliance with the relevant Legislation and industry best practice. Complete and sign off worksheets, time sheets, vehicle inspection forms, warning notices and any other forms as required by the Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor/Internal Improvement Supervisor. Requirements needed to apply. A full driving licence required - Qualification City And Guilds or NVQ in Trade CSCS Card. Other Info. A van, fuel card, are provided for the role.
