Technical Manager, Residential Developer, London, Up to £75,000 Basic Salary Blayze Group are pleased to be partnered with a Residential Developer based in Central London for the appointment of a Technical Manager. The role will be to oversee multiple developments at any one time ranging from 50 - 300 units, taking schemes from when they are secured through to construction starting on site. You will have oversight of the appointing and management of external consultancies and managing the design process of the schemes. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience within a residential developer as a Senior Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager Experience with RC frame residential projects Strong understanding of all technical elements of a residential development
